Account Executive
You will Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, Assess client needs and recommend the best insurance solutions to meet their requirements. Explain policy details and coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way, Handle client inquiries and address any concerns or questions. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and regulations. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery while achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales goals.
Account Manager
You are first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their insurance inquiries, policy changes, claims processing, and general questions. Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Front Desk
As a Front Desk Officer, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our organization. Your friendly and professional demeanor will set the tone for all who enter our premises. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
